Weekend Morning Breakfast

Hello,

Continuing on with my Weekend Breakfast I had to bring back eggs. I always do a classic breakfast; scramble eggs or whole egg, bacon and grits! I still love my classic breakfast but I want to change it up a little.

Almond butter is new to me and the taste is not bad it just have grow on my taste buds. So what I do I will add maple syrup in the mix.

Today, I am visiting a historical site and I know it’s going to be a lot of walking outsides and inside but maybe outdoors, so I didn’t want too much on my stomach.

I boiled one egg, apple slices top it with almond butter/maple syrup, and add one cilantro leaf. I love cilantro on my salad, guacamole, pico de gallo, and soup. Of course hot water with lemon and orange juice. Sprinkle black pepper and everything bagel seasoning!!!

Another delicious mini meal for breakfast. I don’t have to rush just take my time!!!
